The young filmmaker has on board two writers who are currently working on the movie&rsquo;s script.
Says Abhay, &ldquo;Yes, it&rsquo;s one of the films we are developing, but we can&rsquo;t talk more at this time.&rdquo; The trade is abuzz that Abhay&rsquo;s friend Ranbir Kapoor has been approached, but the filmmaker denies it.
Produced by BR Chopra, Ittefaq was directed by Yash Chopra. It starred Rajesh Khanna and Nanda and was a remake of the British film, Signpost to Murder (1965), starring Joanne Woodward.
