They are usually available in two shapes: a metal bar, with barbells on both ends that could be screwed off, or in the shape of a large safety pin. For the first collar pin (bar), you will need a shirt with specially-made eyelets in each side of the collar for the bar to pass through. The safety pins, on the other hand, can be worn with any collar. There&rsquo;s also a third-type that has clips on both ends that grasp each end of the collar, and can also be used with any type of collar.
