Actor Deepraj Rana says that The Dark Side of Life: Mumbai City is a modern film about today's times. Deepraj interacted with the media for the film's promotion here on Tuesday. He will be seen as a cop in the film who had a traumatic experience as a child.

Talking about his character, he said, "The childhood experience he had, stays with him throughout his life affecting his mind, decisions, and way of living. His story is about the repercussions of his traumatic experience and how he finds help to get out of it. The film has such few more stories which will feature, K.K Menon, Mahesh Bhatt and more.
