Esha Deol posted nostalgic gold recently. The actress took a stroll down memory lane when she posted a picture of little Esha, Ahana Deol, and their mother, veteran actress Hema Malini. Esha's aunt, Prabha Raghavan, is also in the picture.

The picture was taken during their ballet performance of 'Meera. Hema Malini, aka everyone's forever 'Dream Girl' played the part of Meera Bai, while Esha portrayed the role of baby Meera. Esha divulged how she was just a mere 7 at the time the picture was taken. Talking about the particular moment, she said, "This one is so special…A 7-year-old me with my baby sister, my mum & my aunt all on stage performing the dance ballet Meera...Meera Bai portrayed by my mother to which I played baby Meera.”
The Deol women are all trained in classical dance forms. Hema Malini is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, while her two daughters are trained Odissi dancers. So it's no surprise that even as mere kinds, they were taking big leaps by essaying these roles in productions.
Hema Malini also just recently celebrated her 7th birthday. On that day, Esha Deol took to Instagram to post a bunch of cute pictures that encapsulated their eternal bond. To note, Hema Malini has delivered some of the most iconic films in her career, such as Sholay, Seeta aur Geeta, and Dream Girl. Hema Malini earned the nickname "Dream Girl" back in 1970, thanks to her memorable role alongside Dharmendra in a film of the same name. This moniker has remained with her throughout her impressive career.

She is the proud mother of Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.
