Ayushmann Khurrana in Anek
The CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) strikes again. Ayushmann Khurrana’s upcoming film, Anek, has been cleared by the board with a U/A rating, albeit with a few cuts. Besides replacing several expletives, the Censor Board has also asked the makers to remove the term ‘dhandhewali’ from the Anubhav Sinha-directorial venture. In addition, politically incorrect words like China and Chinese, which were used to depict northeastern girls, were asked to be omitted. In total, the committee has requested to make about five cuts or changes in the film.

PC’s new ride
It almost makes one envious, seeing how Nick Jonas showers wife Priyanka Chopra with gifts. Among all the things they’ve gifted each other, the recent one is an all-terrain vehicle that has ‘Mrs Jonas’ emblazoned on the side. Shooting for Russo Brothers’ Citadel, PC posted a picture of herself behind the wheel and wrote, “Now, that’s a ride. Thank you, Nick Jonas. Always helping me with my cool quotient.” We couldn’t agree more!

Even though Emraan Hashmi has never spoken a word about his association with Tiger 3, there are ample reports indicating that he plays a pivotal part in the Salman Khan-starrer. The Raaz actor, who took a break from working out after the previous schedule of the Maneesh Sharma-directorial venture, has started prepping again. He is training hard to maintain his form for the final spell of the action-thriller. Emraan and Salman are said to have formed a bond owing to their shared interest in workouts and food.
Cold mess
Gone are the days when only female actors had to show skin irrespective of the weather. In her latest shoot at a high altitude, Parineeti Chopra is thrilled that she is not alone in braving the cold weather. Sharing a video and tagging co-star singer-actor Harrdy Sandhu, she wrote, “Minus 12 degrees, my coldest shoot ever! The best part is that my hero also had to wear a thin costume and feel cold with me. Justice to my ‘thand equality’ campaign.”
