Ever since the last 19 months, Imran Khan&rsquo;s 24 Pali Hill residence has been under renovation. <img alt="Imran Khan and Avantika" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2012/aug/Imran-Khan-Avantika.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 587px; " /> The bungalow that belonged to the actor&rsquo;s grandfather, filmmaker Nasir Hussain, was the venue of Imran&rsquo;s wedding to his wife Avantika, back in January 2011. Now, word is that the renovations of the house will be more or less completed by Diwali and the couple will move in soon. <img alt="Imran Khan's bungalow at Pali Hill" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2012/aug/Imran-Khan-bungalow1.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 438px; " /> Our source says, &ldquo;Imran has been staying with Avantika in a smaller flat in Bandra. The work is almost done. The noise coming from the renovation work is also slowing down. The family might move in soon.&rdquo; Imran tells us, &ldquo;The renovation is not yet complete. I hope to shift back by Diwali. However, after a whopping price tag of Rs 80 lakh was quoted for it, Imran had apparently found it way too steep.
