For someone who is always in great shape, you'd never be able to guess that Eesha Koppikhar Narang is a huge foodie. "I don't have a sweet tooth, I have a sweet jaw," she confesses.
And like a true Mangalorean, she can't resist fish. Just back from a holiday in Goa, Eesha is trying super hard to fight the battle of the bulge. She gives CS a quick bite:
Straight from the kitchen
I live to eat but fortunately, I'm into health food. My favourite cuisine would have to be Japaneseu00a0-- I would die for sushi, sashimi, etc. I also love the Thai raw papaya salad and Chinese fare. And since I'm a hardcore South Indian, rice will always be my weakness, and sweets, of course. 
I find cheese cakes, chocolate fondue, tiramisu and all kinds of pastries completely irresistible, not to forget my mom's special kheer. But fortunately for me, I hate oily food. In fact, oil is one ingredient that I'm very stingy with even while cooking.

My mood determines what I want to savour. If it's chicken, it would have to be my favourite chicken biryani or my mom's Kashmiri chicken or white chicken curry. I'm not too fond of the North Indian chicken dishes as they are high on calories. But I make an exception when it comes to kebabs.
I am a total fishetarian! I can eat anything under the sun, rather the sea. And when I don't have to worry about counting calories, I love to gorge on fish and riceu00a0-- the staple dish back home. It would have to be more of fish, less of rice and may be a dessert to complete the course. In fact I have such a rice fixation that I even love the risotto!
