Shah Rukh Khan`s second film of the year `Jawan` is just days away from its big release. The hype and anticipation for the film are at its peak especially after he trailer was released on August 31. The advance bookings for the film were started on September 1 and the film is all set to break some records at the box office, possibly the ones set by Khan`s `Pathaan` as well. 

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle late on Friday night to share an update on the number of tickets sold on day 1 of advance bookings. Jawan will be released in theatres worldwide on September 7, Thursday and the national chains sold out 138,300 tickets on opening day alone.
