Karan Johar's 'Student Of The Year' takes OTT route with Shanaya Kapoor

Shanaya Kapoor will now make her Hindi debut with the web series on Student of The year, Karan Johar`s popular movie franchise

Earlier it was revealed that Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor`s daughter Shanaya Kapoor will make her debut with Dharma Productions film `Bedhadak` along with Lakshya Lalwani and Gurfateh Pirzada. But it seems like the film has been scrapped and Karan Johar has different plans for Shanaya`s Hindi debut. Johar had introduced Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra into world of acting with his 2012 film `Student of The Year`. In 2019, he took the film forward sand introduced Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria in the sequel. Now, he plans to introduce Shanaya as a student albeit with some changes.
