Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan's relationship was the most talked about affair in Bollywood. However, post their breakup in 2007, Kareena has rarely talked about it. But in a recent interview, the actress opened up about her past relationship with her Jab We Met co-star.

Speaking to Anupama Chopra, the Veere Di Wedding actress revealed that it was Shahid who actually told her about Jab We Met. "It was Shahid who actually said that I should hear this script of this film. He was like, 'It's amazing, the girl's part is amazing and you should do it.' He kind of actually got this entire project together and both of us ended up doing this film," she said.
