Senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, who is representing the children of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur and his ex-wife, Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor, recently told the Delhi High Court on Monday that the will attributed to Kapur was allegedly a forged and fabricated document filled with "contradictions, irregularities, and suspicious details."

Karisma Kapoor`s children, Samaira and Kiaan, on Monday challenged the authenticity of the purported will of their late father, Sunjay Kapur, before the Delhi High Court. They claimed that there were "glaring errors" in the document and that it could not have been prepared by their late father.
