A couple of months back, Saira Banu shared a black-and-white portrait on Instagram to mark the birth anniversary of Kishore Kumar. He was photographed beside her late husband, Dilip Kumar.

Saira Banu, who started her film career at the age of 16, joined Instagram on the second death anniversary of her husband Dilip Kumar earlier this year. Among her several posts giving insight into the industry and her era, she had also shared a post of Kishore Kumar with Dilip Kumar. The photograph shows the singer of `O Mere Dil Ke Chain` smiling as he looks at Dilip Kumar, who is standing in front of a microphone. While uploading the photo, Saira Banu wrote, "Remembering Kishore Kumar on his Birth Anniversary, who endowed both Sahib and me with memorable melodies that remain etched in our hearts and we had the pleasure of enacting the same in some of our favourite films such as SAGINA and PADOSAN."
