Brings in her birthday with friends in Sin City

Koena Mitra brought in her birthday on January 7 in Las Vegas, USA, in the company of her close friends.

Incidentally, the actress has always dreamt of partying on her special day in Sin City.

She reveals, "Vegas has always been one of my favourite destinations to visit. So when my friends made a plan to celebrate my birthday there, I gave in. It was one of the most amazing and exciting nights of my life."



All her friends made it a point to gift her something special. She describes her b'day gifts, "My first present was a diamond-and-pearl bangle. I love pearls.

In fact, I had lost my mom's bangles and cried for days because those bangles reminded me of her. My friend Carol remembered this and got me a new set.

She was the one who planned the whole event."

Her next gift was from her friend Srinka. "She gave me a spiritual protection bracelet, that she got from Persia 18 months ago," said Mitra.

She gushes about the Vegas experience. "I went to the casinos and it was amazing to watch people gamble. In my hotel room, we had the Monte Carlo theme plans for my friends.
