In two days, the eighth season of Karan Johar`s popular talk show `Koffee with Karan` will be launched. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will be the season openers and if the promos are anything to go by, it is going to be a riot. This is the first time that the duo will be appearing together in a chat show after their wedding in 2018 and speaking about their relationship. While fans of the show are eagerly awaiting to know the line-up of the show this season, we hear an old pair is set to make a return.
According to a report in India Today, Kajol and Rani Mukerji will be gracing the couch together. "Kajol and Rani Mukerji have given their nods to shoot for an episode together. The two distant cousins from the industry last appeared together in 2007 along with Shah Rukh Khan. This is the first time they will appear together in KWK after Season 2. Karan has a lot of fun things planned for the duo," the source told the publication. Rani and Kajol worked together in the film `Kuch Kuch Hota Hai` along with Shah Rukh Khan. The trio was an instant hit.
