Taking pictures has always been a fun thing. But I started taking keen interest in photography since last year when I had to take a couple of months off from work due to ill health. I use a Nikon D90 camera for my shoots.



At present, fashion photographer Sayan Sur Roy, who is like my elder brother (smiles), is teaching me the nuances of photography. I enjoy doing fashion shoots as well as concept shoots.

In fact, I did an anti-racism photo shoot few days back at Madh Island with my friends Edward and Ricky. I want to do more such shoots in the future.

Sayan gives me photography assignments, which I take as my homework. I have to brush up on my portraits a little. Keeping in sync with my hobby, I want to direct a short film very soon. Wherever I travel, my camera goes with me; it's my partner 24x7.u00a0
