After Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (2017), she maintains there was “a decline in open defecation.” The actor strives to create a balance of positive messaging, along with entertainment. “But by constantly speaking about it, we can also see a change,” says Pednekar, who does not leave an opportunity to highlight the green cause.
