Gold which is all set to hit the theatres on August 15, has now doubled the wait for the film.
Excel Entertainment's 'Gold' will now also have an IMAX release. Gold will be digitally re-mastered in the immersive format and released in IMAX theatres, apart from multiplexes and single screens.
A new trailer of the film was unveiled in IMAX format in a multiplex of central suburbs.

The entire cast of the film was present at the event including Akhshay Kumar, Mouni Roy, Producer Ritesh Sidhwani, Amit Sadh, Kunal Kapoor, Vineet Kumar Singh and Sunny Kaushal.
Apart from the IMAX trailer a new poster of the film was also unveiled at the event pertaining to the IMAX release of the film.
