On Friday, model Poonam Pandey`s team claimed that she had passed away after battling `cervical cancer`. However, a day later, Poonam dropped a video claiming she was alive and that the death news was part of spreading awareness about cervical cancer. While many have called out the model for the publicity stunt, her husband Sam Bombay has broken his silence calling her a bold woman. While Sam and Poonam have separated they are legally married. 

In an interview with Hindustan Times, when Sam Bombay was asked if he was surprised at Poonam Pandey faking her death, he said, "No. I`m delighted she did. She is alive. That`s enough for me. Alhamdullilah.”
