Karan Deol, who stars in Velle that released today, speaks about his favourites haunts in the city and more in mid-day.com’s ‘Mumbai Meri Jaan’. Karan reveals he has used public transport on multiple occasions to avoid traffic.

“As a kid I was never pushed into the limelight, people didn’t recognise me, so I was lucky I lived my life privately and manoeuvred around taking rickshaws. When I was going to see the Cricket World Cup final in Mumbai, I told my friend we should take the local train and we will reach there quicker. We took the train and we were there in a matter of minutes. There was choc-o-bloc traffic because everyone was heading in that direction. I’ve taken the metro too, I’ve utilised every public transport because the traffic is bad.”
