How did Kaagaz happen to you?

I was working with a leading television production house when I decided to take a break from it to concentrate on feature films and joined my uncle’s company Satish Kaushik Production. It has been a progressive journey so far. I produced many interesting movies like School Chalega with CFSI. ‘Chhoriyaan Chhoron se kam nahi hoti’  won the Best Producer award in a sub-category. I did a Marathi feature film titled ‘Mann Udhaan Vara which was widely appreciated.
The concept of Kaagaz was my uncle’s idea. Also, the performances did justice to the story. Working with Pankaj Tripathi was a magical experience. Besides being a brilliant actor, he has an easy-going temperament which would make shooting tough scenes easy.
