Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has outrightly denied any similarities between Kunal Kohli's next film, in which she features opposite Shahid Kapoor, and Madhur Bhandarkar's much-in-the-news "Heroine".

Following a news report that drew a comparison between the two movies, a furious Priyanka took to Twitter, and posted: "Woke up this morning to an amazing piece of fiction... a news story that says my role in Kunal's film is similar to that of 'Heroine'...What a fertile imagination!!! There was no verification made with anyone before they made this resounding conclusion."
