I prefer to read up on my skin type and select suitable treatments that might work for me. Moreover, the skin has a natural regenerating process that should be allowed to take its own course.u00a0 I do a clean-up once a month and a facial at times. I would suggest using a mixture of milk powder, oats and turmeric paste to get rid of tans. It's like a magic formula. Right hair I have curly hair, which can be tough to manage. I use a protein treatment shampoo to keep it well nourished. I oil my hair twice a week with coconut oil. Sometimes, I visit a hair spa to detoxify the scalp or for a herbal massage. As a rule, I avoid conditioning as it makes my hair very brittle. I also don't blow-dry my hair and let it dry naturally. Even if I have to condition my hair I will use a mild conditioner or rub egg whites on my hair.
