Vinod Kambli plays himself as a cricketer who's looking at an alternate career as a film writer who wants to make a debut as a director. Trouble is, nobody will put his money where the guy's mouth is.

He runs into a gang of boys led by a very rich kid called Chota Ebrahim, the progeny of a mafia don, who promises to finance his film if he likes the story. And thereby, hangs a long, meandering, worthless tale.
