Prepping for her Bollywood offerings seems to be synonymous with taking to athletic training, for Taapsee Pannu. Culminating her cricket training for Shabaash Mithu, the actor is now working on her sprinting skills for her next, Rashmi Rocket. In awe of Pannu’s dedication towards her training, co-actor Priyanshi Painyuli has turned student of the actor, and has been taking sprinting lessons from her, in the midst of the shoot in Kutch.

Painyuli, who plays Pannu’s husband in the film, tells mid-day, “Taapsee is disciplined as far as her workout regimen and meals are concerned. Lately, I have started accompanying her to the training. While I lack in expertise, she has helped me learn the basics of sprinting. I am inclined towards learning it well and making it part of my own regimen,” says the actor, adding that he was drawn to the workout format after watching the actor.

“I have always found myself drawn to more natural ways of staying fit. Sprinting is one of them. I am grateful to be around someone who is as motivated as Taapsee is. This film has encouraged me take to a new workout style,” says the actor, who wanted to learn the craft as a memorabilia of sorts he’d take away from the film.
