I'm an ardent yoga follower and I practise it religiously every morning for at least an hour. To be more specific, I practise artistic yoga, a form of power yoga. This type of yoga suits my body and keeps it toned.
But it's not just a form of fitness for me. It's become my passion. As I finish my breathing exercises and asanas, I realise that yoga calms me down and brings content to my soul.
