Rahul Dev Burman, popularly known as R D Burman, was a legendary music director who revolutionized Indian music like no other. It has been 29 years since R D Burman passed away, but his rich musical legacy still continues to captivate music aficionados and inspire budding singers, musicians even today. Fondly known as Pancham Da, R D Burman was a musical genius who had his unique style of composing. The maestro who introduced Indian audience with elements of jazz, rock and funk through his songs, Pancham Da's prowess was not confined to Bollywood only.
