Ironic as it may be, in the most abusive reality show in Indian television, an Indian singer found sufficient fodder for the making of a romantic track. So moving was Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta’s journey on Bigg Boss that Raahul Jatin found himself drawn to their relationship, and was egged on to create Tere liye, a celebration of their bond. “I watch the show as much as I can. There is something about them, and the way in which they interact with each other, that is pure. We rarely see couples or friends who share such a genuine emotion of love for each other. I would want to have something like that in my life,” says the singer, son of composer Jatin Pandit.
