Abhinav Kashyap&rsquo;s latest release &#39;Besharam&#39; may have faced the music at the box office, but if rumours are to be believed, the film&rsquo;s lead, Ranbir Kapoor went laughing all the way to the bank. <img alt="Ranbir Kapoor" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/oct/Ranbir-Kapoor_7.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 569px;" /> Ranbir Kapoor Sources close to the star say that RK had been contemplating on a fee hike for a while and decided to act on it just before signing Kashyap&rsquo;s film, charging the makers a whopping amount of Rs 20 crore-plus. Says a source, &ldquo;Ayan Mukerji&rsquo;s &#39;Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani&#39; did very well at the ticket windows, prompting Ranbir to decide to raise his asking amount. He finally decided to hike it by 50 per cent.&rdquo; Ranbir apparently has also charged the same amount from close friend and debutant director, Vicky Singh for a 10-day schedule for his film Roy as the remuneration for his extended cameo. Says a trade expert, on conditions of anonymity, &ldquo;Ranbir is already being regarded as a star with his winning streak in the industry. &#39;Besharam&#39; may have tanked at the box office but the actor seems to have surely gained from their deal.&rdquo; Ranbir remained unavailable for comment.
