It’s odd that Randeep Hooda’s 20-year career didn’t present him an opportunity to feature in a comedy. But it’s never too late to try something new. The actor will take a stab at the genre with Unfair And Lovely, the social comedy that takes on India’s obsession with fair skin. “I have a strong sense of humour, and a peculiar one at that. People don’t get my Haryanvi humour,” laughs the actor, glad to showcase his light-hearted side on screen. The film comes as a breath of fresh air after his serious roles in Love Aaj Kal (2020), Extraction (2020) and Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.
