The lockdown in Maharashtra has made Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone head to Bengaluru to spend time with Dippy’s parents, Prakash and Ujjala, and sister Anisha. On Wednesday night, the couple was spotted twinning and walking hand-in-hand at Mumbai airport. While there are restrictions in Padukone’s hometown, they are not as severe as in the state. With shooting for films grinding to a halt, they decided to make the most of the time off.

On the work front, Deepika Padukone had been shooting for Shakun Batra’s untitled film before the lockdown came into force. Shakun Batra`s film also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday.
