She stayed on his mind, and when director Gurinder Chadha was having previews for select crowds, he requested her to invite Dippy. Bangalore connection A source close to Sendhil reveals. "He hasn't watched any of Deepika's movies. He doesn't speak or understand Hindi. When he saw her in person at the party, he asked people about her. His interest was further piqued on learning that she is a Bangalore babe. Sendhil was born in Texas, USA but his roots are from Bangalore. He vaguely understands Kannada because of his parents." Now he wants the actress to watch his film. Even though he won't be in town for the trial, Sendhil has asked Gurinder to have a screening for the film for the actress and her friends. He confirms, "I think Deepika is the best-looking girl and actor in Bollywood. I happened to meet her at a party and thought she was really pretty. u00a0 Yes, Gurinder's planning to have a special screening of the film in Mumbai but I won't be there because of prior commitment here. However, I have requested my director to show the film to a few friends I have made in India."
