&gt;&gt; Dread 2think wat normal people go thru. Wud NEVER send my ageing parents seeing @British_Airways apathy towards their flyers.
&gt;&gt; I rarely lose my temper, but even pranayama couldn&rsquo;t save me or BA after waiting 1.5 hrs to check in. Just happy to be back home.. OM..mm????
&gt;&gt; Had an event 2 attend in mumbai tomw hence I made sure my staff made it or @British_Airways would be held responsible for me not showing up.
&gt;&gt; All @British_Airways travellers pls b warned u can be bumped off anytime even if u have confirmed seats.&rdquo;
