Designers Shantanu-Nikhil, Manish Malhotra and several fans wished Kiara and Sidharth on their wedding anniversary.
Kiara and Sidharth fell in love on the sets of their 2021 film Shershaah, in which the latter played the role of Captain Vikram Batra and Kiara played his love interest Dimple. Their wedding ceremony happened at Suryagarh Palace in Jaisalmer last year. The couple got married as per Hindu customs with "band baaja' and 'baraat'. The famous 'Jea' wedding band from Delhi played during the baraat. Sidharth made his royal entry at the wedding on the traditional 'ghodi'.
Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Shahid Kapoor, Juhi Chawla and Mira Rajput Kapoor were among the celebrities present at Sid-Kiara's wedding. The couple wanted a private wedding and made sure no photos or videos leaked from the venue. The actress wore a pink Manish Malhotra lehenga for the wedding.
The actors later shared an emotional video, giving us a glimpse of Kiara's bridal entry to the romantic song 'Ranjha' from their film, Shershaah.
