Soon after Salman Khan dropped the poster, fans took to the comment section to share their reaction. "Make way for the most deadliest villain of spy universe," wrote a user. "Swag se karenge swagat," wrote another.

Some also made an interesting observation on the two lead actors. While Emraan Hashmi had got the tag of 'serial kisser' due to his earlier films. Salman Khan is known to have a no kiss rule in his contracts. Observing the union of these two actors on the screen for the first time, a fan wrote, "Even emraan won’t be able to kiss if it’s a bhai film."

Another user asked, "Emraan bhai ke kissing scene hai kya".

Another fan wondered if Emraan Hashmi would be able to match up to Salman Khan as an antagonist. "Salman bhai ke aage emraan aatishi kr skta h kya?? ........Salman bhaiiiiiiiiiii," wrote the user.

The trailer of 'Tiger 3' introduces the audience to the world of Tiger (Salman Khan). He is leading a happy life with Zoya (Katrina Kaif) and their son, Junior. However, his world turns upside down when the threat comes home. Tiger returns to duty to safeguard his country, but when his family is also at risk, he is torn between his responsibilities. Emraan Hashmi's character is introduced as a threat to Tiger.

In a previous statement, Salman said, "The action in Tiger 3 is raw, realistic yet spectacular. It is simply out of the world. What I love about the Tiger franchise is that the hero is presented as the larger-than-life Hindi film hero who can take on an army of people with his bare hands! He is ok to shed blood and still keep standing till everyone around him is finished."

He adds, "The heroism (of Tiger) is in him taking the challenge head on and not back down just as a real-life tiger would do when he hunts his prey. My character, Tiger, will never retreat from a fight. He will never give up till he is breathing and he will be the last man standing for his country."
