Like this previous ones, Hate Story 4 also thrives on romance and betrayal. Urvashi is dating Karan Wahi but ends up having a fling with Vivan Bhatena, who is Karan's sibling. The sibling rivalry escalates with Karan vowing to seek revenge from both. Urvashi plays an ambitious model who is caught in the love triangle.
Actress Ihana Dhillon, known for Punjabi films like "Daddy Cool Munde Fool" and "Tiger", will make her Bollywood debut with Hate Story 4. The movie also stars Karan Wahi and Gurmeet Choudhary.
