This could be one of the classic cases of counting your chicken before they hatch. The makers of 'Bullett Raja' apparently seem to have become its latest victim, after allowing its cast to rehearse on a dance number, all the while hoping to acquire the song’s rights. Unfortunately for them, the music label that holds the rights refused to part with them.
