The Tashkent Files actress Shweta Basu Prasad is currently staying at home with her family and following government guidelines to curb the COVID-19 pandemic. Amid lockdown, she has been very active by sharing her Yoga posts among other things. Sharing this video of herself performing yoga, she wrote, "There’s a misconception that yoga is for physical fitness, it’s not. It’s more for mental well being than just toning up your body. Yoga is a state of being. It’s in your sleep, food, speech, behaviour, work discipline... Yoga is a way of life. Meditation is as important as surya namaskar. Balance (sic)".
Shweta Basu Prasad also took up her household chores over the weekend, which by the looks of it included cleaning her house and washing clothes. Prasad shared this photo of her post "home workout", she wrote, "Post jhaadu-Pochha and washing clothes selfie. Home workout taken to next level! #quarantinelife (sic)".
Apart from doing her household chores and yoga, the Badrinath Ki Dulhania actress has also taken up painting during the lockdown. She gave a glimpse of her masterpiece on her Instagram handle. She captioned it, "Quarantine art. Made this the other day inspired by a scene in #gameofthrones season:3 episode 8 I think.
