Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar will soon be making her Bollywood debut opposite Akshay Kumar in Prithviraj. Directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi, "Prithviraj" is based on the life and heroism of the fearless king Prithviraj Chauhan. It stars superstar Akshay as Prithviraj while Manushi will play the role of the Sanyogita, the love of his life.

Diana Penty will next be seen in Shiddat, which also stars Radhika Madan, Sunny Kaushal and Mohit Raina. The film is directed by Kunal Deshmukh.

Celebrity photographer Dabboo Ratnani also attended Shane and Falguni Peacock's store launch with wife Manisha D Ratnani.

The Peacocks always desired the Kala Ghoda address for their flagship store, but it took them four long years to find one that fit their preference — size-wise — that would accommodate the label's signature styles of opulent couture gowns, bridal wear, sarees, and a limited menswear edition, without crowding it. "We were not interested in smaller spaces," said Falguni in a chat with mid-day, candidly. "Our New Delhi space is 6,000 square feet, how could we compromise on anything lesser for Mumbai? It's our home."
