The 38-year-old rapper, who wore his signature monotone ensemble over a dark T-shirt with black jeans, was spotted hanging out in Calabasas, California, the People Magazine reports.
The 'Stronger' hit-maker completed his look with chocolate Adidas Yeezy 950 boots.
West's newborn son Saint was born at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
