London: 'Coronation Street' stars David Neilson and Julie Hesmondhalgh swept the British Soap Awards 2014 claiming a total of six wins between them.

The actors, who played the married couple Roy and Hayley Cropper in the ITV series for 16 years, were awarded Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Dramatic Performance for Neilson, Best On-Screen Partnership, Best Storyline for Hayley's cancer and Best Single Episode for Hayley's death from pancreatic cancer in January 2014, the Mirror reported.
