Well, Cooper is in talks to become the the inner voice of a dog in Dreamworks’s upcoming film, A Dog’s Purpose. Based on W Bruce Cameron’s 2010 novel of the same name, it is an inspirational story of one devoted dog finding his purpose in the lives of the humans he loves.
The novel is written in the voice of a dog that is reincarnated several times and is given names like Toby, Bailey, Ellie, Bear and Buddy by his human owners.
The Cider House Rules director, Lasse Hallstrom is helming the project that is penned by Cameron, Cathryn Michon and Audrey Wells. The film stars Dennis Quaid, Britt Robertson, KJ Apa, Juliet Rylance, Peggy Lipton, and John Ortiz.
