Pop princess Britney Spears is being sued for USD 10 million by her business partners who have accused her of breach of contract in a deal over her perfume brand Radiance.

The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, relates to her branding deal with beauty firm Elizabeth Arden, worth USD 15 million a year, reported Star magazine. Britney and her father Jamie are accused of being 'sneaky and underhand' by trying to cut partner, Brand Sense, out of a licensing agreement.
