According to an eyewitness, the Sexyback singer was in the middle of a late-night dinner with current girlfriend Jessica Biel when Spears walked through the door with her mom Lynne around 10.
While Jessica was looking "gorgeous," Brit "didn't look the best" said the onlooker.

The witness described the restaurant as "so small... like the size of a living room," and the situation as "uncomfortable".
