<p>Singer Cheryl Cole was left scared after a fan grabbed her by the wrist and didn't let her go outside a hotel in Birmingham.<br /><br />  <table class="ae_noborder" bordercolor="black" cellpadding="2" align="left" bgcolor="white" border="0">  <tbody>  <tr>  <td><img alt="" src="/imagedata/2010/jun/cheryl.jpg" border="0" />u00a0</td></tr></tbody></table>As the "3 Words" singer got out of a car at her hotel in Birmingham after the auditions of the reality show "X Factor", an excited female fan pushed through the press cameras and grabbed Cheryl's wrist, reports dailymail.co.uk.</p>  <p>Clutching a marker pen, the woman shoved a CD of Cheryl's album "3 Words" into the singer's face and didn't let her go while continuously demanding her to sign it.</p>  <p>Later, Cheryl's security men managed to prise the woman away as they fought their way through the crowd.</p>  <p>Cheryl was joined by fellow judges music moguls Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh, and guest judge model Natalie Imbruglia, at the day-long second round auditions of the show in Birmingham. </p>
