The angry resident took to the neighbourhood's Facebook page to complain that Leto's guests made a lot of noise and blocked people's driveways, reported Ace Showbiz.

"Dear Jared Leto, it's really cool that you're having a party at your compound. Perhaps you could educate all the people coming to your place the proper etiquette of driving uphill/downhill so as not to wreak havoc on the neighbourhood at 10:30pm," read the post.

"Also, your guests should respect the residents and not park on the wrong side of the street blocking other peoples (sic) driveways. Thanks!!" the neighbour added.

"I should be able to drive to my home and park without altercations from entitled people who do not even live in the neighbourhood."

Leto, 43, hasn't responded to the complaint. He only wished everyone "happy halloween" with a zombie GIF and wrote on Twitter, "All work + no play makes Bartholomew a dull boy," along with a link to 30 Seconds to Mars' "The Kill (Bury Me)" music video.
