Kesha gives underwear a miss at Billboard Music Awards

Singer Kesha attended the gala event in a little black dress, but without an underwear. She says it was a conscious decision

“I'm rolling with my b***y out. It's a different look for me. I like to mix it up,” a website quoted the singer as saying.
