A man tried to break into singer-actress Miley Cyrus' Studio City house early Saturday morning. Police arrested Jason Luis Rivera after responding to a 911 call from employees inside the house at around 4 am.
Cyrus herself was not home at the time of incident, reported Aceshowbiz. The intruder climbed over the fence, entered the property and repeatedly threw himself against an outside wall.

He also lit up candles in the garden and refused to leave although LAPD officers have drawn their guns. The police shouted to him, "Step out the gate, step out the gate", but he claimed he knows Cyrus.
"I'm a friend of Miley Cyrus. I am. Me and Miley have been friends for five years," Rivera told the police. It was after one officer entered the gate and threatened to taser him that Rivera came out with his hands up.
An officer pulled his necktie and a large pink heart came out of his shirt. The officers also removed a large pair of scissors from his back pocket. No charges have been filed yet.
