Spanning over three decades, the 60 year-old's career thrived as a talk show host, actress, producer and she is now the CEO of the TV channel OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network), reports contactmusic.com.
"I could not have had the life or the career in the way that I had it if I'd chosen to have children," said Winfrey.
Talking about her long time partner Stedman Graham, she said: "As we grow together, as we get older together, he becomes a more affirming and more loving part of my life than he's ever been."
Winfrey, who stopped hosting her own talk show in 2011, was sharing her views with host Barbara Walters on her show "Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2014".
Meanwhile, Winfrey doesn't miss working on set every day.
"I don't miss that because you know you're only as good as the last show. You're always chasing the numbers. And this is the thing, the 25 years are a blur to me because I just worked," she said.
