Beatles legend Paul McCartney says he doesn't need the gym to keep himself in shape because his energetic concerts help him stay fit.
The 70-year-old singer said his energetic shows keep him healthy and so he never feels the need to hit the gym, reported Contactmusic. "I've been having cardio-vascular exercise for years but it's on stage.
I can't believe I do a three-hour show without taking a breath. You assume you would be feeling it now but it's the opposite," he said. McCartney also said that three Beatles songs - 'She Love You', 'The End' and 'Hey Jude' - are among 86 tunes which will be played at the Olympics opening ceremony. All songs will be mixed by duo Underworld, who are expected to include their own 1996 dance number 'Born Slippy'.
