Attorneys for the ‘Top Gun’ star and the Bauer Publishing Company, which publishes U.S. celebrity magazines Life & Style and InTouch Weekly, have agreed to get the lawsuit dismissed, the Mirror reported.

However, it is still unknown if there was an out-of-court settlement in the case, but each side will pay their own costs and attorneys’ fees.
